Follow up on “Is this adrenal mass causing this dog’s collapse”

Here are 2 cines from the right side.

I had tried to post the right kidney mainly because I wasn’t sure of where the right adrenal was…but in looking at it I think I see the left adrenal near the end of the loop.

The second loop is from right side sliding caudal..I thought this was a LN but now I’m wondering if I’m catching the left adrenal, although I’m not seeing the vena cava.

That’s good approach sam now

That’s good approach sam now just let up on the pressure and get a wide CVC with relationship to the left adrenal mass from the right side. The objective is to ensure the CVC is not invaded and if so, then how far so the surgeon knows if its removable or not.

I’ll hopefully get to try

I’ll hopefully get to try this tomorrow, but that is the mass that is showing in the 2 loops?

thanks for the insights

yes correct it is. Try

yes correct it is. Try zooming in as well and add CF and power doppler around it with relationship to the CVC.
