Feline Murmur/ PVC’s

Meeko is a 11 month old DSH with a history of a grade 2 murmur on the L side. He was neutered in 12/17 at 7 months of age and was showing PVC’s while monitoring under anesthesia.

My associate asked me to take a quick look at the heart. At the time I thought there was concentric hypertrophy, L atrial enlargement and Mitral regurgitation.

Fast forward to 11 months old or last week- it appears to me that the changes are similar but progressive. This time I could not really appreciate the murmur and none of my color doppler revealed any regurgitation- although one of my cines from December showed L atrial turbulence

Sorry about the image quality- not my best work. I have no problem referring to a cardiologist- but I was hoping to get a general impression on the forum

The first 3 .mov were from my cell phone from December.

Th last 3 .mp4 are from last week.
