Feline with Chronic Vomiting and Pica

Penny is a 9 year old male DSH with a history of chronic intermittent vomiting and pica.

Labs were totally normal.

I would like an opinion on the still images of Penny’s stomach.

The stomach is empty and the serosa, muscularis & submucosa are in tact but look at the hypoechoic mucosa indicated by my arrow. Recheck this to be sure it doesnt develop into an infiltrative lesion. The lumen is empty except for the 4th image maybe hair density in the fundus but please try to add at least one clip to match stills as its easy to make pathology out of nothing in a still and should always be double checked in video like opposite view confirmation on a rad. So 3 stills and one video of image 3 here would be perfect to assess things. Good post randy
