this is a 10 yr old dsh. presented vomitng , pu/pd , icteric. I believe I have an extra hepatic cbd obstruction I am chasing why. I included image with arrow. is neoplasia likely in this area?  i do not see any choleliths. no other u/s abnormalities.Thanks

Tough to say th eimages are

Tough to say th eimages are dark but the Gb and cbd are thickened which suggest cholangitis and they arent excessively dilated so post hepatic obsturction unlikely. If you can increase the gain and report could likely tell more.
