expanding spinal cord canal

this is a m/n cat dsh a foundling two years ago. When found had aniscoria , shortly after a paresis. the cat was treated with cindamycin at the time and after a month recovered but always had limp. Rads for the limp revealed abnormal acetabulum and femoral head and some vertebral change. he went on to be relatively normal until two weeks ago. owner noticed decreased activity, wobbley, occasional drag of rear foot. On PE he is painful. rads today are curious and I am not sure how to interpet with his history. I have a screen shot of original film and digital pic from today.
