An 8-year-old MN Chow Chow mix was presented for anorexia and weight loss. On physical examination, multiple petechiae on gums and abdomen were evident. Abnormalities on CBC were anemia, neutrophilia, eosinopenia, thrombocytopenia, and mild leukocytosis.
