Sonopath Forum

This is an older mixed breed dog 11yrs. She has had an upward trend in Alk PHos and ALt over the last year. She is not symptomatic. Urine sg 1040. Alk phos is 700 ,ALT not terribly elevated at 200. Today we had a look. Adrenals 8mm caudal pole and plump. the  liver subjectively rounded and larger. No focal lesions homogenous texture and uniform echogenicity. the gall bladder  has hyperplasia and 3/4 full sediment. Following out the bile duct to the pancreas all looked good. I found at pancreas the foci that is echogenic with no shadow maybe nothing but curious. Thanks
