duodenum

Sonopath Forum

Hi This is a m/n 12 yr old terrier mix. He has a long history of GIsigns. This March finally got the probe on him. The gallbladder had some hyperplasiaand 3/4filling with immobile sludge. the duodenum was hyperechoic. did well on urosidol, baytril etc.He had recheck today and Iam concerned with the duodenum there is still a hyperechoic segment that seems to move into wall thickening. No loss of anatomy but could this be emerging neoplasia?? Gall bladder is improved. patient has loose feces most days.
