double aorta sign cat?

Sonopath Forum

double aorta sign cat?

– 7 month old N DSH with history of salivating and ataxia after eating; copper coloured iris’s

– bloodwork elevated post bile acids; suspician PSS

– u/s normal liver size, normal kidney size with prominent medullary rim sign; non-shadowing sediment in UB

– anomolous curvy blood vessel seen coming off PV or splenic V?

– extra blood vessel between the CVC and AO on saggital with turbulant blood flow on colour Doppler at the PH

Could this be a shunt connecting to the azygous vein? CT is recommended

(please excuse my terrible presets)
