Portosystemic shunt (PSS), splenocaval in a 1 year old MN Sheltland Sheepdog
A 1 year old MN Shetland Sheepdog was presented for the ingestion of chocolate. Physical exam found the patient to be BAR, but was mildly tachycardic.
