Lymph node enlargement in a male neutered ferret

The patient is a neutered male ferret of unknown age. The patient presented with history of being weak and wobbly; he had been anorexic and experienced weight loss over the last three days. Abdominal palpation revealed a nodular mid-abdominal mass. Radiographs revealed a potential mass effect adjacent to the kidney.

Neuroendocrine carcinoma; insulinoma in a 5 year old MN Golden Retriever dog

This 5-year-old MN Golden Retriever was presented for lethargy, walking strange, falling over, confusion, muscular twitching, and anorexia. The physical exam was normal except for mild hyperthermia. Progressive seizure activity also developed in the following days after the patient was treated for arthritic disease. CBC and survey blood chemistry were normal except for moderate hypoglycemia….
