Complete Cranial Cruciate Rupture In A 9-Year-Old FS Labrador Retriever: Our Case Of the Month 2021

A 9-year-old female spayed labrador retriever was presented for ruptured CCL in the left stifle after chasing a ball. Upon physical manipulation the joint was found to be very unstable and it had a positive cranial drawer on CTT (cranial tibial translation). TTA (tibial tuberosity advancement) surgery scheduled.

ORTHO – Partial avulsion rupture of the calcaneal tendon with biomechanical failure in a 10 year old DSH cat

This 10 year old FS DSH cat presented non weight bearing after being chased by a dog.

ORTHO – Bilateral chronic degeneration and partial rupture of the calcaneal tendons in a 6 year old FS PitBull dog

The patient is a 6 year old FS PitBull dog who is non-weight-bearing on the right hind leg

RAD – Decompensating cardiomyopathy and vascular lung pattern in a 8 year old FS Persian cat

The patient is a 8 year old FS Persian cat presented for not being ambulatory on her front legs.
