Images are really dark for me and depth took shallow but the pancreas looks a bit remodeled and the cbd looks a bit dilated mainly in video one. Diffs include stricture, mucoduct, non visible stone and tumor. 5 mm dilation it looks like which is just over the 4mm pathology dilatatory threshold.
