GB sludge. when do you start sAME?
just curious, when you find moderate GB sludge with mild increase in ALKP only, do you recommend sAME/ mild thistle /etc? or you just monitor liver enzymes ? find this a lot and see some of these dogs progressing in months or years to choleliths. Thank you

Significance of this splenic structure
A 3-year-old male neutered cat was presented with the complain of diarrhea. This splenic structure was noticed as an incidental finding. Doesn’t seem significant, but it is disrupting the normal curvilinear capsule. What it could be?
Measurement discepancy
This is the M-mode from a cat, suspected to be HCM. There is discrepancy in my IVS measurements and LVP wall measurements. I heard in the lectures that IVS and LVP measurements should be same. How to fix this issue. Thanks
