Cystourethral thickening. Consistent with transitional cell carcinoma. There is a minor potential for urethritis.
The urinary bladder in this patient presented a 3 x 0.7 cm thickening at the cystourethral junction entering into the urethra. Focal mineralization was noted.

Endoscopy, laser ablation and appropriate sampling would be recommended at Ridgewood Veterinary Hospital with a UGELAB procedure.
