Pancreatic mass, hematoma, hemangiosarcoma, pancreatitis (possibly with abscessation), occult splenic tumor.
An irregularly shaped mass measuring ~4.6cm x 6.6cm having heterogeneous and hypoechoic echogenicity is seen in the area of the left limb of the pancreas. The mass is cavitated, and the surrounding mesentery is hyperechoic. The mass may be emanating from the tip of the left limb or in direct opposition to it.
