This 12 year old MN Brittany Spaniel dog has had vomiting and diarrhea off and on for 1.5 weeks; appetite normal. Possible mid abdominal mass palpated.

Outcome

This is consistent with infarcted lipoma, granuloma with a
minor potential for abscessation. Surgical intervention with removal is recommended. Otherwise the abdomen is unremarkable.
