Sonographic Differential Diagnosis

Pancreatic nodule, suspect insulinoma.

Image Interpretation

The right limb of the pancreas revealed a hypoechoic nodule that measured 1.13 x 1.11 cm with loss of architecture. This is strongly suggestive of insulinoma given the history.
