Atrial septal defect wth secondary right heart failure and Eisenmenger’s physiology in a 5 year old DSH cat
Image Interpretation
Eisenmenger’s physiology. Bidirectional flow was noted across an atrial septal defect. The patient is overloading on the right side and reversing the flow owing to equalizing right and left sided pressures. The ventricular septum appeared flattened.
