Mesenteric lymphadenopathy. This is strongly suggestive for lymphoma.
Infiltrative intestinal pattern. This is suggestive for lymphoma. Reactive mesentery and regional inflammation. FNA of the mesenteric lymph nodes were performed without complication.
The gastrointestinal tract revealed an infiltrative pattern with enlarged, hypoechoic, ill-defined lymph nodes with loss of architecture and regional mesenteric inflammation. Variable areas of an infiltrative pattern were noted throughout the intestinal tract. A minor amount of free fluid was noted likely owing to lymphatic obstruction/strangulation. This is likely a paraneoplastic fluid formation.
