The patient is a canine Golden Retriever, NM, 11 years old. The patient was presented for a recheck exam to follow up a right adrenal tumor. The prior ultrasound revealed hepatic cyst that measured 2.1 x 2.04 cm and a separate cyst that measured 1.08 x 0.84 cm in the left liver. A separate nodule in the left liver measured 0.8 x 0.7 cm. The prior measurements of the adrenal gland were 2.5 x 0.65 cm at the cranial pole and 2.1 of the caudal pole of the right adrenal gland without vascular invasion. There was a pericapsular inflammatory pattern of the right adrenal gland that measured 2.7 x 0.4 cm. Patient is now PU/PD. An ACTH stim was inconclusive.
