Gastrointestinal lymphoma pattern with regional lymphadenopathy. This is not resectable. Recommend assessment of cytology and chemotherapeutic intervention.
The gastrointestinal tract revealed a focal intestinal mass with an infiltrative pattern and loss of detail. The mass measured 3.0 cm in length x 2.5 cm in width. Variable areas of small intestinal thickening were also noted. Separate areas of hypoechoic, infiltrative neoplastic pattern were noted in variable areas of the gastrointestinal tract and the stomach. Reactive fat was noted associated with the variable intestinal infiltrative pattern. The intestinal mass and lymph node were aspirated with ultrasound guidance.
