MVD arrhythmia
1o year old MN GSD x with murmur Mitral valve disease and left sided dilation on echo ECG showed an irregular sinus rhythm, 80 bpm, paper speed 25mm/s and intermittent VPC. Is this a pronounced sinus arrhythmia with VPCs? Would you advise investigating for systemic disease? Thanks for all the cardio help!

Stomach pathology
13 year old JRT with chronic vomiting, mild weight loss. I am concerned about a portion of the stomach wall where there appears to be thickening with loss of layering, gas entrapment? The gastric lymph node was also mildly enlarged. Does this appear to be neoplasia, inflammation, ulcer?
Ectopic Ureter
9 month old Female entire Golden Retriever with urinary incontinence, foul smelling urine and scalded behind The scan was quite difficult as the bladder was completetly empty but I could identify an ectopic ureter, just not the normal ureteral papilla.
