Possible shunt
2 year old emaciated GSD with reported neurological signs after eating BAST pending The dog was heavily sedated for exam Small liver, kidney and bladder stones The caudal vena cava was enlarged but not sure just from sedation Can you see any shunt?
Cat ascites
12 year old cat Vomiting, inappetance I think there is chronic gallbladder/pancreas disease and cystic liver masses Now with lymphadenopathy, effusion (blood tinged) and nodular omentum, splenomegaly Neoplasia vs severe inflammation, cytology of lymph nodes, spleen and fluid pending Can you see where this may have originated from?

Gastric dilation
6 year old 25kg deep chested cross breed with acute and persistent vomting/regurgitation of liquid for over a week The stomach was dilated with fluid but had an odd gas pattern and almost appeared compartmentalised It was difficult to fan through pylorus but the spleen and duodenum appeared in the correct postion. Urethral Mass
12 year old FN Japanese Spitz with haemorrhagic gastroenteritis and inappetance. This urethral change was noted incidentally. There was no report of straining to urinate. The bladder was not distended. I can appreciate the mass lesion at the neck of the bladder but the entire urethra appeared thickened. Is this urethral neoplasia? Urinalysis pending
Intestinal mass
8 yr old large breed x breed with intestinal mass, cytology pending I could not get intestine to fan through on both sides of the mass Is this the caecum/ICCJ?
Lymph node
11 year old Malamute with acute vomiting, responding to supportive treatment. History of intestinal adenocarcinoma removed over 2 years prior. I can see mesenteric lymph node enlargement but then what I suspect is this larger cavitatory lymph node. I cannot decide if it is actually a mass connected to the pancreas?
