From records sent along this 7 yr old maltese mix had 4 month history of hypoalbumin. on the visit to the rdvm that day found elevated ggt, alt, alk phos. The liver is subjectively quite small. intrahepatic duct choleliths seen. the common bile duct dilated….

this patient was scanned today . the kidneys are polycystic with poor defintioni found this honeycomb structure just cdl to right adrenal and right renal vein. it doesn’t have any doppler flow. Ideas? thanks
