pericardial effusion?

This 7 year old boston terrier has been having episodes of respiratory distress for about a month. The heart was large on rads taken a month ago and is globoid now. His lungs sound harsh. He doesn’t have a murmur My guess is heart based tumor?

pleural effusion- cardiac, or not?

-8 year old F/S DSH -not eating , lethargic 2-3 weeks  -no murmur or arrythmia  -mild to moderate pleural effusion  -bloodwork mild hypoproteinemia, mild leukocytosis, else nsf  – Just hoping my echo images are enough to call cardiac versus not. I  am saying not. Thanks
