– 11 year MN old lab Lab Retriever chronic intermittent history vomiting, diarrhea now with severe weight loss, intermittent trembling, anxious episodes and weakness mixed with hyperactivity

– HR 210, one time BP 154/80 taken with butorphanol on board

– left adrenal mass on ultrasound with tumour thrmobus in the CVC ddx: pheo, adenocarcinoma

– I could not easily trace the phrenicoabdominal blood vessels in this study but in some views there appears to be a thrombus (clot or tumour) in the aorta so suspect the only way to get here would be thorough the PA artery?

– true lesion in aorta or positioning artifact?

– renal artery appeared clean on colour Doppler
