A 12 year-old NM DSH was presented for evaluation of lethargy, anorexia, vomiting, and a bloated abdomen. CBC was normal whereas serum biochemistry showed elevated creatinine and total proteins.

Carcinomatosis type presentation. FNA were performed upon the hypoechoic liver nodules???? and omental nodule without complication.
Coalescing omentum was noted in the region of the pancreas. This is strongly suggestive for pancreatic carcinomatosis or similar neoplasia.
A moderate amount of ascites was noted throughout the abdomen. The mesentery throughout the cranial abdomen revealed nodular changes.
