Mineralizing prostatic mass. This is strongly suggestive for prostatic carcinoma.
No overt evidence of metastatic disease. Ultrasound-guided FNA or traumatic catheterization is recommended.
The prostate in this patient presented mineralizing mixed hypoechoic mass that measured 2.77 cm with pericapsular inflammatory pattern invading the post prostatic and pre prostatic urethra with a cauliflowering type projection at the cystourethral junction.
