Uterine stump hypertrophy with right ovarian remnant.
I recommend exploratory surgery with removal of the suspected right ovarian remnant and resection of the residual uterine stump to the level of the cervix.
A 2.95 x 2.1 cm cystic structure was noted caudal to the right kidney. This is consistent with ovarian remnant. The uterine stump was thickened and measured 1.07 cm. The uterus was potentially adhered to the dorsal bladder wall as it impinges on the bladder wall.
