Left adrenal gland mass. This is consistent with primary adrenal gland neoplasia such as adenocarcinoma. Pheochromocytoma is less likely.
The right adrenal gland was uniform and hypoechoic measuring 0.9 x 0.45 cm. The left adrenal gland was enlarged and heterogenous measuring 1.26 x 1.2 cm. The left adrenal gland was primarily hypoechoic with nodular changes. There was no evidence of vascular invasion.

Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. Pancreatic disease: pancreatitis, neoplasia. Gastrointestinal disease: IBD, neoplasia, foreign body, dietary hypersensitivity, granulomatous disease, ulceration.
