A 5-year-old FI Guinea Pig was presented with history of flank alopecia and weight loss. CBC was within normal limits. The only abnormality on blood chemistry was a slight ALT elevation.

Bilateral adrenal gland enlargement, suggestive of potential pituitary dependent disease. Minor renal mineralization. Otherwise normal abdomen.
The adrenal glands were bilaterally enlarged in this patient. Assessment for pituitary dependent disease would be recommended.
An endocrine profile was recommended in this patient to assess the functioning of the pituitary gland.
The patient was lost to follow up.
Cushing`s disease, other endocrinopathy, hepatopathy.
