Hermaphrodite Pyometra
3 years old M/N GSP presented for evaluation to confirm a GI FB . Patient had a non obstructive Gastric FB and suprisingly also a fluid distended uterus. Suspect pyometra. I’ve seen hermaphrodites before but never a pyometra. It means this patient has functional ovaries. Is there any other DDX ? even with hydrometra, hemometra…
