Lymph node
11 year old Malamute with acute vomiting, responding to supportive treatment. History of intestinal adenocarcinoma removed over 2 years prior. I can see mesenteric lymph node enlargement but then what I suspect is this larger cavitatory lymph node. I cannot decide if it is actually a mass connected to the pancreas? The intestines appeared normal…
