Hi again, – I would like your opinion on these masses seen near the hilus/pylorus, cranial to right kidney. Are they lymph nodes? – 10 year old male entire Shih Tzu with history of vomiting/retching, weight loss, free abdominal fluid.

Kidneys hypoechoic rim
– these are the kidneys of a 8 yr FS unwell minature poodle – bloodwork showed moderate elevation in ALT, normal ALP and upper normal bilirubin, mild hypoalbuminemia.
