Pancreatitis chronic
Coco is a 10 year old Daschund F/S with chronic intermittent pain episodes. Her abdominal US showed an hyperechoic pancreas with reactive onmentum. She was treated for pancreatitis with some improvment but she needs some pain meds otherwise she’s not OK ( only low fat diet doesn’t do it..). Wondering if this can be neoplastic…
