- Abdominal ultrasound shows a hypoechoic gastric wall mass
- My rule outs include juvenile lymphoma, leimyoma, leiomyosarcoma, adenocarcinoma, GIST, granuloma, MCT….
- Any other thoughts?

With the age and appearance
With the age and appearance would go for lymphoma with fungal granuloma a differential diagnosis. Should be easy to obtain a FNA for cytology.
