13 month MN Siberian with gastric mass
13 month old mn Siberian presented for vomiting and anorexia. Labwork showed mild azotemia Abdominal ultrasound shows a hypoechoic gastric wall mass My rule outs include juvenile lymphoma, leimyoma, leiomyosarcoma, adenocarcinoma, GIST, granuloma, MCT…. Any other thoughts?
