Dear All,

This is a 1 year old Yorkshire terrier with seizures. Blood work and UA is pending.

My question is- is this a splenocaval or splenoazygos shunt? I can not see the double aorta sign-nor the shunt entrance into the v. cava.

Is the surgery an option here? Because then I send the patient to surgery.
