Urethra mass vs prostate in incontinent dog

Hello

This is Rusty a 10 year old Shi Tzu cross that was neutered 3 months ago for no other apparent reason then to neuter him. The owners then reported incontinence immediately after surgery; Dribbling non- stop

Today we US the bladder and he appears to have a long intra-abdominal urethra that extends around the prostate. I initially thought it was a urethra tumor however it palpates like a small firm, bilobed postate.

I was hoping for some opinions on these images. Thanks

The last video shows minor

The last video shows minor hetero prostate. Not obvious carcinoma and no real mass effect on the colon. Can do a traumatic catheterization to be sure and culture it as well.
