- 12 year old ME Bull breed with urinary incontinence and cachexia, v+/d+, very weak. Chronic medical tx for BPH.
- A large paraprostatic cyst was present but the prostate also had a mass lesion and was cavitatory. The right testicle also had a heterogenous and cavitatory mass. A mild SL lymphadenopathy was present. A large splenic mass was present. The colon was thickened. Stomach had ileus.

- Do you think this prostate is showing signs of neoplasia and could it be related to testicular mass? Is splenic mass incidental? Gastroenteritis signs likely separate. Just trying to piece this case together.

This dog needs to be PTS to be honest. he is miserable poor fella and scan was done as a last resort.
What about testicular masses, are they problematic in general?
