Stomach mass??

Sonopath Forum

Tama is a Tibetan Spaniel who is being evaluated for liver enzyme elevation discovered on pre operative blood work for knee surgery

Alt 154, Alp 404, BAT low 20’s

Liver was mildly enlarged and mild heterogenicity, more left sided enlargement. Aspirates were taken.

My concern was the appearance of the stomach possible intraluminal mass?

Didn’t aspirate the stomach as I didn’t want to cross the lumen to get to the mass. Probably being to conservative.

Thoughts?

Hmmm I can make out the layers of the wall with some echogenic remodeling.. how about gastrioesophageal intuissusception with chronic mucosal changes? Low grade epithelial tumor next in line then adenoca…its echogenic without periserosal inflammation and no overt clinical signs which usually means low grade. Looks like it needs explore.
