Shoulder Injury

  • 9 year old CKCS with shoulder pain, welling and abduction of limb.
  • The biceps tendon and supraspinatus tendons looked normal.
  • The left of the image is caudal/lateral
  • Is this damage to the infraspinatus muscle +/- other muscle?

I do not see damage in the infra. One muscle that is only partially included further distal may have structural changes. See image below. But these finidngs are so suceptible to sound beam incidence and other technical factors – especially with the MyLab that.
