Severe diffuse liver disease

Sonopath Forum

Severe diffuse liver disease

  • 9 year old St. Bernard with ascites and inappetance, panting etc
  • Huge liver with diffuse heterogenous mass nodules. Nodules also present in spleen. Moderate/large volume ascites.
  • Does this appear like a carcinoma or histiocytic/round cell neoplasia. Sampling declined and dog being euthanised.
