IMHA 4 yr dog with FUO and no weight loss. PCV of 17, Bili of 5 and 3+ bilirubinuria… Im thinking this is bilirubin induced or infracts starting or something but am perplexed. Anyone ever seen this? I read it through telemed and want to put a needle in it but can’t virtually lol

I did a web search and found

I did a web search and found this article about Nephrograms and striations. I know they refer to radiographs and CT- but I don’t know why you would not see similar change on ultrasound. Acute tubular obstruction or thrombosis makes sense to me.

Dogs with IMHA are prone to thrombo-embolic events, so most likley seening renal thrombosis.
