Snowball is an older adult DLH, F/S indoor cat with a history of mild weight loss and mildly decreased appetite. She first presented on 7/17/15, at that time Superchem/CBC/T4 was wnl. BUN = 30, Creat = 1.6. U/A: USG = 1.067, prot 2 +, ma wnl. At that time an abdominal ultrasound was recommended. Her appetite improved somewhat. She presented for an abdominal ultrasound on 12/16/15. She lost 4 oz since July 2015. I would like help interpreting images of her right kidney and spleen from that study.

To me, the head of her spleen looks mildly enlarged – she was not sedated for this study. Also the central part of the medulla of her right kidney looked irregular and enlarged to me. Also it looked like there is a small amount of subcapsular fluid around the right kidney on one of the video clips. Your help is greatly appreciated.
