A local veterinary distributing company is looking for an ultrasound machine manufacturer/distributor to partner with in the sale of ultrasound machines to local members.  I am mostly just familiar with portable ultrasound machines and thought I’d ask you, my fellow forum members and specialists, for help.

  • Which ultrasound machines do you find to be of the best quality and value for small animal practice owners?
  • Which ultrasound distributor companies do you find to be the best to work with in terms of integrity and price?

I cant really answer this for political reasons as sonopath is independent and i have to remain impartial but input form the members would be best.

Im seeing mainly the GE Logic

Im seeing mainly the GE Logic e older and newer versions, the esaote alpha, occasionally sonosite and nice images coming from the Philips mobile unit. I will be publishing on sonopath soon an article I wrote regarding the things to know before buying and ultrasound machine. stay tuned:)
