I need Your help please.

This is a yorkshire terrier, with seizures, elevated TBA, elevated other liver enzymes.

I suppose this is a shunt- gastrocaval maybe?

Thank You!

I’m thinking gastrocaval but

I’m thinking gastrocaval but with a connection very cranially to the CVC. The CVC is normal volume prior to the liver but expands near the diaphragm but we just dont see the connection. Other option is gastroazygos but either way we need to follow the dorsal portion of the shunt either into the CVC or through the aortic hiatus into the azygos. Its essentially semantics as it needs an ameroid as the loop is classic for gastric shunt. I’m guessing the postprandial BAs are at least > 120?
