Pedunculated gastric mass?

Sonopath Forum

Pedunculated gastric mass?

-11 year old Shih Tzu

-presented for evaluation after recent diagnosis of Cushing’s disease

-only symptom noted (that prompted the work-up for Cushing’s) is polyphagia

-U/S also showed:

-cystoliths and thickened apical bladder wall

     -non-obstructive renoliths

     -mildly heterogenous right pancreatic limb

Is this an incidental gastric mass?  Likely differentials?

Thanks!

Great stuff guys…images and abstract. I’m betting on well differentiated epithelial tumor as it comes off the mucosal layer and submucosa and rest of wall is fine. It does look a bit obstructive though… a scope and a snare should take care of it. Nice move on the doppler.
