– 12 year old female lab presented tachycardic, pale mm’s, weak, abdominal pain
– Abdo scan – large left sided heterogenous retroperitoneal mass caudal to kidney and retroperitoneal fluid (suspect haemorrhage) and inflammation.
– The changes in the retroperitoneal space along with pain made it very difficult to examine this area and I could not identify normal adrenal glands.
– It is not known if she is entire or not but I think I can identify a uterus, what do you think?

– I am not sure if it is a large left sided mass that extends to the right or if there are bilateral masses.
– They are caudal to the kidneys so I am suspicious of ovarian mass(es) but cannot rule out adrenal masses. Can you make a judgement from these clips please?

I would lean toward ovarian
I would lean toward ovarian here but whatever it is its extending into the omentum. CT would be best to differentiate. can 25g fna into the parenchymal portion of it which should differentiate the origin.
